Thermostat Nation
Join Thermostat Nation by attending our 6-week course on managing emotions like anger. During this course you will learn how cognitive processes affect emotions and lead to unwanted behaviors. Ever heard the phrase "I can't help how I feel?" That is not entirely true. We can help how we feel by changing the way we think. This cognitive/behavioral training is divided into six 1 1/2 hour sessions and is held virtually, via zoom. This 6 week course includes a digital book and handouts each week.
